Aiding in the set up, communication, and operation of the 1 block radius known as the Funk Zone. Merchants and tents, D.J.'s and live performance shows through out the day. Of course this boat was in the middle of the street for that day. Anyone could climb aboard and have their picture taken. The link below takes you to their website.
